I had the opportunity recently to visit the Pilot there in London, Ohio. My customer service rep.. (Ms Caitlin) who provided me with very pleasant, courteous, professional service with a delightful attitude. Ms Caitlin was able to process a very complicated ComData from our company corporate fuel card that was recently instituted in our company…… a transaction that I could not get accomplished at the four or five previous travel centers that I have visited…. You all know the ones. Ms Caitlin demonstrated experience along with an extreme amount of patience in accomplishing this task. I believe that if any drivers out there or anyone that want to get something done visit the London, Ohio Pilot and I could almost promise you it will be carried out expeditiously. This used to be a good location but now it’s run down with employees that don’t care. I hope one day, the district management will clean house and hire a good crew and get the place cleaned and repaired. Go across the street to the other new truck stop instead of pilot , they have fresh food made to order 24/7 Clean restrooms and free parking without a bunch of reserve spots.

Just stopped at this location on my way home to Columbus and the lady behind the counter (female pilot employee) proceeded to get mouthy and disrespectful to my niece saying "HELLO, HELLO 👋 NEXT!" and in such a foul disrespectful manner that i had to look up from my own checkout !! And now mind you, my niece is legally blind and partially deaf ! Dear London Pilot Owner unless you're looking for a handicap discrimination lawsuit I suggest you get your staff educated on workplace ethics. Also the food in your hot meal display was so over processed with heat and NO LiDS on several items. Health department violations. December 27th 2024 approximately 5:00 pm. And lastly a fellow female Pilot employee actually verbally corrected the female employee that verbally assaulted my niece so I feel as if "they" the 2 female employees that are also sisters knew EXACTLY that there was an issue in the way she spoke to my niece. Do better ! Be better ! This establishment has employees that are NOT HANDICAP FRIENDLY !

This is a good Pilot Travel Center to stop and get things for your trip or grab a bite to eat. The store looks clean and we'll maintained the only issues was the men's restroom not enough stalls for that big store and one was out of order and the same situation outside on the diesel Isle two of those bays were tapped off. Still good place to stop!
