Victor is one of the best Towers this side of Orange county. He is more willing to help you then most of their towers no matter the situation. He is an amazing guy and always ready to help. My experience with him has been pleasent and fast.

Unprofessional. I called at 10 am on Wednesday, I asked if I could get help towing my car that wasn’t starting to my mechanic and he said yes. I asked if 3 pm would work he said yes. I sent the pickup and drop off addresses. 2 miles tops here in Anaheim. He gives me a quote, I say perfect. At 3 pm, no text, no call, no show. Maybe he’s running a little late, no worries, so I wait. I call at 3:15. He says he’s towing a car from Los Angeles, it’ll be another hour… okay stuff happens I guess. I wait. 4:15, no text, no call, no show. Then I realize, ok I was this guy’s backup plan. Not good. Could have just said he wasn’t able to do it, and I would call someone else to help me. He calls at 5:11 pm and sends an apologetic message. Too late. Now I have to wait til the next day cause the shop is closed. I understand stuff comes up, but I really would have appreciated some communication, tell me you won’t be able to make it instead of wasting my time. It honestly seems like I was just your backup plan. Unprofessional.
