I needed my windshield replace so I called these guys and they happen to be the cheapest price around. They came and replaced my windshield in the process, they broke a piece to the casing to where all my sensors are on my windshield I let them know and they said that they were gonna come fix it after a whole entire month! They finally came to fix it, and the problem still wasn’t solved. They just put some glue on it that didn’t do anything.

2008 Honda Ridgeline. Terrible experience at Holbrook location. Was there February 2. Received car with wrong parts and windshield wasn't sealed correctly. Glue on my dashboard and a slit on my passenger seat. (Installer thought he did me a favor by gluing my headliner which I never authorized) when I questioned it I was told it was a Honda pilot seal, which was untrue, took car back 2nd time February 9. Asked installer do you have the correct parts. He said yes. Don't remember his name. Car was returned with the same incorrect part just added more glue... still not sealed. You could have ripped the seal off with ease. Good thing I didn't go to the car wash. At the end of February they sent out a guy with 30 years experience who gave me the run a round. Told me "parts not available " lie, told me it's a reverse gasket, so which is it a Honda pilot seal or an aftermarket reverse seal... I was told I was looking for the car to look nice.... I responded "I expect the job to be done correctly " they didn't care. Well it ended up leaking and had to lose another day without a vehicle to get the job done right. Stay away from this place. Poor work, poor customer service and they don't respect the customer or their property.

Pinnacle was the recommended glass repair from my insurance company. I have never used them but very pleased with the efficiency of my repair. Pinnacle sent their technician Chris who was an absolute gem. Very personable and paid attention to all the necessary details of my windshield replacement. He kept my vehicle clean and did the replacement in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Pinnacle!!!
