Pioneer Automotive has the best prices in this area, especially with alignment. I got the alignment, brake pads and rotors(for the front), along with a new axle because I had an oil leak. I have checked everywhere around this neighborhood and there isn't a place that provides you with the same type of customer service and pricing that this place gives. I recommend this place over every other shop near here. Great pricing. Great service.

Came for some tires and got a wheel alignment, BEST DEALS IN NORWALK, got quotes at American Tires and Discount tires and were charging me 2x the price! Ivan is very reasonable and knows his stuff, as soon as they finished my tires, they did my alignment and was back on the road, id definitely come back for brakes or anything my car needs!

Went in for an alignment told me to wait for 20 min I waited because they said they had to finish a truck real quick so they could put my car in the alignment rack. 20 min go by and the truck hasn’t been touched. Terrible shop. Don’t come if u don’t want your time wasted

I took my 1990 Honda Civic Wagon here for an alignment. Made sure I told him the guy it was modified with a sports suspension. This means I could align the back tires too now. He couldn't do it that day, so we agreed I'd come back and be his first customer the following Friday morning. That Friday, he had his staff do the alignment. When I paid, he said it would be extra because of the time it took to align the front and the rear. The very same day, I came back because the car was pulling hard right. It appeared that they aligned it to the horn button NRG logo and NOT by centering the actual wheel. Again, I had to come back and be the first customer. When the staff member looked at it, they said it had a powersteering fluid leak and wouldn't re-align it. It's a 34 year old 1990 Honda.... of course it has a leak. That leak was there before they even touched it the first time and they never said anything to me then. Fast forward... now my tire is bald, and I had to have it realigned. Don't go to this shop.... it wasted my time... money and destroyed my tire completely. Bad business. Response to owners response: I was never offered tires, and that is ok because I came in for an alignment, not tires. My tire had wear due to camber, that's why I needed the alignment smdh. Was it new... no and I never said it was but it was useable. Even then, with my tire having pre-existing wear... that doesn't take away from the fact that I paid for an alignment that I didn't get. Rather then spend your time arguing with customers online you should just tell your staff to do what the customer paid for.
