Pioneer Transmission

Worst service ever... I can't recommend this place to anyone. I took my car Hyundai Sonata to this place for a transmission issue. I was told to leave my car for a good inspection. I left my car with them for 4 hours. They called me later saying that the transmission needs to be rebuilt: if they have to do the job it's $3.700 otherwise, I have to pay $1200 for their labor cause they dismount my transmission. IT IS A GROUP OF BANDITS, NOT MECHANICS

I recently had my transmission rebuilt there. I asked around and looked at their reviews. I called several places before deciding to go with them. They were the only transmission place that asked me what year, make, and model my car was. So I decided to go with Pioneer. After a few days, my truck was ready. Caleb was a real gentleman, explaining along the way what needed to be done and the cost. Reasonable prices and highly recommend. A great place to have your car repaired!!!!!!

DON’T GO, THEY WILL ROB YOU !!! I went there for my Nissan Pathfinder problem. This guy said they have to check for issue & after 2 days they told me it’s transmission problem, which will cost $3800. So I said it’s too much money I will take my car back but they asked me $1700 just for checking problem than I can’t take car. So this is how they will trap you. I end my paying $3800 & when I took car it gave me same problem again. When I went back & told them my car still have same problem. Upon checking the main problem was in air pipe so he charged me extra for that as well. So actually my transmission had no problem at all. They rip me off $3800 & oil is leaking from transmission. I went back told them about it they denied to do anything saying it’s not transmission problem. I AM WARNING YOU ALL DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL ROB YOU

I’ve had everything from engine repairs to brakes done at this shop. And I’ve always had a great experience. Not only are there prices fair. But if they tell you your car will be ready today it’s ready today. If the job will take 2 days. It’s 2 days. And someone who uses there as much as I do that’s really important to work with a shop that will get your vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. I also get updates a long the way if anything comes up. Great work. Great customer service. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for mechanical repairs.

I had a horrible sound coming from my car and took it to two different shops who told me that I had engine troubles. I went to Pioneer who found the problem immediately, and told me the noise had nothing to do with the engine. My car was completely and professionally repaired, I am very happy and impressed with the excellent service that I received. Pioneer has also taken care of my son's car since my repair, we are very satisfied with the quality of work and the timely manner with which the work was performed on our vehicles.
