Pisgah Tire

Over two months ago, I paid Pisgah Tire $2400 for repairs. Then a mechanic here left the drain plug out of my van & totaled my van. Though the employees admitted the mistake; the owner, Art Singleton, has yet to reimburse me one penny. I am now out of the $2400 I paid for repairs & I have lost my van. He turned it over to his liability insurance company who has refused to give me even half the KBB value of my van. I turned his fraudulent insurance company over to the NC Dept. of Insurance who found his insurance company guilty of non-compliance. I am now waiting on a check for less than the lowest KBB value of my van. I now have to take Singleton to court to get the rest of the value of my van, & to get reimbursed for the money I paid for repairs. I have had a good relationship with Hoppy (the manager) & some of the mechanics here. This is the owner's decision (Art Singleton) to not reimburse me for any of the repairs nor for my van.

Bought a set of tires for my F150 and noticed a little vibration at 55mph. I wasn’t able to get it back to the shop until I had driven it ~ 2500 miles. No questions asked, service with a smile rebalanced the tires and good to go. They will be my go to for maintenance.

Terrible Company. January 29, 2025 my young son went to get his brakes worked on at Pisgah Tire in Canton. He calls me and lets me know they have given him an estimate of $1,500 to repair his brakes. I have a friend at work that works on cars and he talked to my son on the phone, asking what they were going to work on, and he overheard the "mechanic's" responses to what they said his car needed and said he was just taking advantage of him and to get out of there. He was lying to my son. We ended up going to Roger's Express in Canton where the job they charged him was half of that. Beware.

I had a problem with leaking exhaust and catalytic converters had to be replaced on 2013 Toyota Tacoma pickup. Appointment was quickly made. Parts were in stock. Counter person was helpful and courteous. Techs were informative and repairs were made in a timely manner. Very happy with service. As a first time customer I appreciated that I was told of other repairs they do. Waiting room was clean and spacious too. Thanks Pisgah Tire!
