My battery died on my way to work on Friday morning. I got a jump and went to AutoZone to get a new one. The terminal was so corroded that they could not remove it. They recommended Pit Stop just up the street and I'm so glad they did. I called and was greeted by a friendly voice who told me to come on by and they'd take care of me. So I did. The folks there were so kind! While one of their team members was outside working on my vehicle, I had a lovely chat with the office staff. Long story short, we ran into a few unexpected issues, but they took care of them quickly. I'm extremely pleased to have discovered them as I will be directing my business their way from now on. I highly recommend!!!!

Smelled wires burning in my car. Pulled into Pit Shop they Immediately knew where it was, the blower motor connector and ordered part. They kept my ford from burning down and had me back on the roads within hours. So thankful for them. They were all so nice to me.

Highly recommended. Jeremy and team provided outstanding customer service. They won’t take advantage and work hard to provide us with peace of mind keeping our vehicles running. They went above and beyond my expectations. Obviously the bad reviews are from people who have mental health issues.
