Plaza Tire Service

So basically I called a few days prior about getting tires installed on a Saturday. They told me it's first come first serve, which is fine, I totally get it, but when I showed up they told me they couldn't see me till 1 (the time they close). At the time it was 10:30am with a full waiting room. They took my number and said they had it down. I asked if I could wait in my car because the waiting room was full they said yes and nothing more. As stated they took my number and I assumed they would call because they took my number. Instead of waiting in a car for 3 hours I decided to burn sometime in town. Around 12 l called to see if they had any openings and they said since I left they assumed I didn't want the installation anymore. They told me if I had waited they could've gotten me in. I explained that I thought they would call me because I left my number and they didn't tell me that I would be taken off of the list. So they tell me that I can't get in that day. Then my dad trying a different Plaza, but accidentally called Benton back. When he was on the phone Jerry he was told that if we came at 12:15 they could put the tires on. So how is it possible that what I called they couldn’t get me in at that day, but my dad calls and all the sudden they have an opening? I get there is a lack of staff and it's hard to get workers, but some communication is needed. If I was told I couldn't leave after putting my number and they didn't tell me that I would be taken off of the list. So they tell me that I can't get in that day. Then my dad trying a different Plaza, but accidentally called Benton back. When he was on the phone Jerry he was told that if we came at 12:15 they could put the tires on. If I was told I couldn't leave after putting my number down I would've waited no problem, but the fact they didn't tell me and when I called said, “yeah we didn't know what to do” when they had my number is outrageous. This is not the first time the workers at Plaza has acted like l'm an actual idiot because I'm a girl, but when my dad asks them a question or has a problem it is solved instantly. I am absolutely fed up and this will be last time they receive my business. This place was much better when the workers were kind and could explain the situation to you instead of scoffing and saying they can't do it and then do it when a man asks.

Great experience usually. Very confusing 50% off oil change coupon. If the coupon saves you $25 you'd expect to pay $25 plus tax. NOPE $52.95. I guess the fine print got me this time.

They were great! Totally professional and friendly got me in for a whole set of tires late in the day with no problem. I will definitely be back! To the Benton location!

Thank you Mike, Jerry and staff. 5 star service as always. I would also like to comment on all the staff working in the shop, they all worked hard and did not goof off. Good job crew. Worth the wait for sure. Greatly appreciated. Mark

Good price, got done same day. Happy they do a full point inspection I recommend them.
