Pollo Tire Auto Repair

Update 2: In spite of telling me Pollo would have my AC parts in a week, it's now been 2 months, and I've tried contacting him over and over again... To no avail. POLLO -- call me! (Might consider suing him for $400 it cost me to repair what he broke on my truck.) Update: JUST got my truck serviced by a reputable repair shop. Turns out Pollo l screwed up my truck *bad*!... I had to pay almost $400 to fix what he broke! Dude, if you DON'T know how to fix something ... don't PRETEND you do! .... At first, I thought this repair shop was the best and inexpensive. But now, after losing thousands of dollars waiting for Pollo to repair my truck. I have to admit I was wrong in my initial review. The owner, Pollo, is absolute worst communicator. I've been waiting for parts for my truck repair for 4 weeks now!! After half a dozen calls to Pollo, I've just given up waiting. My business has lost thousands of dollars waiting for Pollo. Not anymore. Now heading to a different auto shop, RTS in Willowick. Amazing, family-owned repair shop! Don't use Pollo unless you want to be ghosted and never receive any text, email, or phone calls! ONE thing of importance. He NEVER showed me a license or certificate. I'm contacting the city to make sure he even has a license to fix vehicles. I don't think he does. ------- About me: I am a Google Star Reviewer with over 500,000 viewers. I work next door . I have had an oil change done. Louis is an extremely respectable businessman. I had my brakes fixed. Very reasonably priced. 🙂He is a very busy young man.
