Pomp's Tire Service

This service shop truly saved the day! Another company had promised a simple tire replacement but gave us nothing but false assurances. In contrast, Pomp's Tires arrived within 30 minutes, quickly replaced the tire, and proved the other company's claim—that our rim needed replacement—completely wrong. They found no damage, performed only the necessary work, and didn’t overcharge. I’m sincerely grateful to Mr. Gabe and the entire team who handled this service call. I wish more shops had the same professionalism and dedication as Pomp's Tires!

Great service and competence. I’ve been in with two different vehicles. One for alignment and one for tire mounts and balances. After switching the tires, not 5 minutes after leaving I get 3 critical dash light warnings. I called Pomp’s and told them. They advised (rightly) that nothing they did should have affected any of those systems. But said to bring it back. They ran a diagnostic and it showed a fault in the transmission so they checked the fluid and something was definitely afoul. They did all this as an act of customer service. When I took it to the dealer two days later they charged me $175 to run the same diagnostic. Furthermore all those codes cleared after sitting two days and I would have written it off as a fluke if Pomp’s hadn’t checked the transmission. Great experiences all around. Thanks Pomp’s!

My Name is Michael with Taylor Truck Lines I had a Blow out an my rim was Bent I parked up at pilot called my dispatch my dispatch found you guys set up service. The person that came out was Kyle Young man he was Fast and efficient great customer service he did his job really well. I wanted to say thanks Kyle your the man I’m definitely going to call in tomorrow when your shop open an let your boss know you represent the company very well your customer service is impeccable. I definitely recommend using this tire shop if you’re ever in the area.

They were very easy to work with in regards to ordering the tires I wanted and getting the tires put on. Their price could not be beat! Excellent service.

Not willing to set an appointment for tire rotations or accommodate customers who work full time and can’t drop off their only car. Not willing to open on Saturdays or open later to accommodate the weekday working customer. I was told that I had to get there early on a weekday morning to get in line to drop off my only vehicle and not be able to wait for my tires to be rotated. Which means, I would need to arrange for a ride there and back for who knows what time. Making an appointment would be a more service oriented system so you can wait for your car service. The employees I talked to did not seem very helpful or sevice oriented. I am wishing I bought my tires somewhere else.
