Had an emergency ‼️ Brake issue. Front pad fell out. They squeezed me in near the end of the day and luckily parts were available. Dan is the man, need better computers in there for sure but overall, these guys get it done just have patience and over communicate your needs/wants and your experience will be great.

I ordered tires online and made an appointment at the sane time. Pumps called to confirm the tires were available and to inform me that they do not do appointments. They are first come first serve. That was great info since I thought I had a 10 am appointment. During the call, I added a service, no problem! I dropped the car off at opening time. The staff were friendly and efficient. The store is clean and had plenty of seating for waiting. I couldn't wait, so I left to do my thing. My car was ready by 11 am, even though I told them they'd have it all day. Pick up was just as friendly and efficient. The car has her new tires and the extra service made a huge difference in the drive experience. Easy in, easy out, and great service!

Have started bringing my vehicle here for my winter tire swaps. Nothing special until it was time to buy tires. Chase took the time to show me options, discuss what he has had experience with, and I chose his recommendation. Got what I consider a fair deal. They had the tires shipped next day. And for an All-Season tire, the Coopers he picked out have been AMAZING. Best non-snow tire I've experienced in the snow.

Snow Tires Installed: Pomp’s doesn’t take reservations for tire changes. I was turned away on a Friday and told to come back on Monday which I did. Of the 7 of us waiting outside in 30deg weather, only 3 of us were able to get our snow tires put on. Granted they were short-staffed but I don’t understand why they can’t set up an appointment system. But, I was thankful I finally got mine on. And…they were quick and courteous! Thank you!

Best tire shop in Bozeman and Belgrade. I've gone to several others. Pomp's is always friendly, fair and honest with great turnaround time. Highly recommend!
