I want to give a huge thank you to the young man who attempted to help us at road ranger today. Our tire had blew out and we were fortunate enough that he had stopped to get gas and agreed to help. Our tire was difficult to remove and he gave his very best in helping us. If this is the service received from a random encounter, I can only imagine the type of above and beyond service they provide when you are an official customer. You were a godsend in that moment. We truly appreciate your help!

Had a rear tire blow out on I90 east bound, call Pomp's For road side assistance. Juan, the oncall tech showed up and replaced tire at the side of the road quickly. Was amazed at how fast he got ot done. THANKS JUAN!!!! MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE POMP'S TEAM AND THANKS FOR GETTING ME BACK ON THE ROAD SO QUICK.

I paid a visit to this business early this morning due to a large staple I had lodged in my back tire. The reviews drew me to this location. Upon entering customer service was nonexistent. I explained to the man at the counter of my issue. He came to my vehicle to examine the tire. He tells me it’s not something that can be patched and I would need to purchase a new tire. We went back inside. He did some research to be sure he had the tire and tells me the price would be $190 for ONE tire. I thanked him and left. About an hour ago I went to another place of business and was told, “no problem. We’ll have this ready for you in less than 30 minutes.” I made sure to ask, “can this be patched?” To which I was given the response above. I saved $170. This is a reminder to shop around before you choose the very first place of business just because of their reviews. I would share the name of the person sitting at the desk but as I mentioned in the beginning, customer service was nonexistent.

They are a liar they got hiding cost. I ask how much you guys charge for the balance and they said $35 after when they done they said price got not including $24 labor.
