I had an excellent experience at Ponces Auto Services! I went in to get a smog done and was running a bit behind and they still waited for me! They were super friendly and quick, i was in n out in less than 15 min 🙌🏾 plus the price was sooo good! Totally recommend 10/10 😁

The problem with the vehicle was very simple, and when speaking with the guys, I did not notice any cooperation or understanding of the problem. After explaining the problem, I did not notice that they had experience in the field of vehicle electricity. I am surprised by some of the inaccurate reviews.

This business completed my smog check last year. DMV has no record of it despite the business claiming to have sent it in. Marcos, who is the person at Ponce's that I spoke with, states that because he claims he did electronically send the record to DMV, that he did everything he could for me. He was not willing to do the smog again or help me in any way and implied that I was lying when I told him that DMV did not have record of the certificate. He even looked it up himself and saw that the last smog on record was from two years ago. I am now going to have to pay to do another smog check elsewhere, even though I should still be current given this one was completed successfully at Ponce's a year ago. He became belligerent on the phone, speaking over me, raising his voice, simply repeating, "I did nothing wrong!" Bad business, folks. I, as the customer, also did nothing wrong other than pay $60 for a smog certificate that now counts for nothing. The customer is left to bear the burden for others' incompetence according to his reasoning or lack thereof. I suggest you go elsewhere if you want good customer service.
