Can’t say enough good things about Wais and Lo for turning this frustrating day into a great one for my defender! Caught a nail near the sidewall - Wais still tried to save the tire but damage was too much. Wais then took his time to walk me through the entire tire selection in great detail and helped me choose the best tire for my need. He then went to pick up the tires from the warehouse and have them installed in less than an hour time while keeping me updated on the progress. Also they don’t use impact guns to jam the lug nuts in, instead they use torque wrench and adjust the torque spec properly with love and care to the vehicle. That’s the level of customer service that will keep me coming back. Vibe was also amazing at the shop, would recommend anyone to check out this hidden gem without a doubt.

My first experience at their shop with some folks from the Bronco group! Lo and Wais were great hosts. Not only did they give us a Bay solely dedicated to us, I saw how fast they were working on cars themselves. They definitely made a good friendly impression and I will be coming back to their shop for everything!

Lo is a big Off Road fan and has supported the community by opening his shop for events and great services to keep our rigs ON & OFF ROAD! Neutral ground for all 4x4s and AWDs. Great place to mod out your suspension and tires!

Huge shoutout to Lo and Wais over at Pops Tire Shop. I had a great experience getting some lift work done on my Bronco recently. Not only did Lo provide expert advice he also dialed in my alignment spot on. If you’re looking to get work done on your ride or need tires, I highly recommend these guys.

I am a long time customer of Pops Tire Shop and can attest to their work. I have had several of my cars' alignment and tires done at this shop with zero issues or concerns. I trust Lo and Wais' opinions on what tires are best for my use cases, how to properly align my cars for street and offroad use, and recommendations on parts and services. I never once felt talked down to, and everyone, including their service guys, have been very professional and respectful. I have since recommended several friends to Pops Tires Shop, with zero complaints or concerns. Many of these friends now trust in them to perform all things offroad, from lift kits to installing bigger offroad tires. I trust these guys with my cars, and despite the distance, I will not go to another shop for an alignment or tire change. I have first hand seen the work these guys have done and am comfortable knowing that they will get the job done right, affordably, and professionally.
