Daniel was absolutely incredible from beginning to end in addressing the error message on my car. He was super responsive in getting me in and then immediately diagnosing the issue and ordering whatever was needed. He was friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. They took care of my car like it was their own. This service center has a bright future with Dan and the crew there—I am looking forward to coming here in the future.

I had a very pleasurable and positive experience with service here. Chris, the service manager, was an absolute delight to work with. The best part was that Chris was a fellow car enthusiast even across all brands and we connected on that. My Cayenne S had come in for a battery service and was in and out in an acceptable amount of time. After service, the car was given a hand wash. It was important that I was asked ahead of time whether I wanted one. Some of us are very particular on how our cars get washed.

Great customer service and timely resolution! My 2020 Cayenne had a major engine issue. Daniel, the service rep, worked directly with my insurance company to address it as the repair was covered by my mechanical breakdown insurance. So far, the car now drives like it did on Day 1!

Just picked up my Panamera from the new Porsche Service Center. This is my first Porsche experience and every bit of the experience from the phone call to the scheduling, check in, pick up, was world class. I worked with Chris who was all the bit, as professional, transparent, and informative as one could be. I had called the Center and spoken to Chris before purchasing the vehicle from an unaffiliated dealer and Chris gave me advice on questions to ask and what to look for. As soon as I purchased, i brought it right over the next day to be serviced... and like i said above - everything was 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful intro to the Porsche family and looking forward to working with the team (and Chris) at Porsche Service Center of Naperville.

Chris Bozonelos helped me with my replacement of 3 tires on my Porsche Cayenne recently! He was very kind, and courteous! Easy to talk too! I recommend everyone should take their Porsche to Naperville if you want excellent and friendly service!
