If I could give more stars, I would. I was struggling to change my tire on the side of the road with the worst jack (that comes with the car) for about 30 mins. Louis saw, stopped and helped without hesitation. He was kind, helpful, quick and allowed me to talk his ear off on how not one person stopped to help but him. He was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly and got the entire process done in less than five minutes. Louis, I wish I could say more, because you truly saved my day today. I live on Long Island and was on the side of the road in Brooklyn. I can now get home safely on the donut and get a new tire thanks to you!

When my tire suddenly went flat, I called Progressive insurance. Flo wasn’t in. Within minutes I received a message from powerlift automotive! Luis kept me up to date on his arrival time, and actually came earlier than expected. Luis handled my 800 pound machine, with a flat tire that made rolling it VERY challenging like the pro he was. He safely got my bike loaded, and treated it as if it was his. He was professional, got my bike to the shop without a hitch. Luis made an extremely stressful situation bearable. Thank you!! Amazing service! Luis is such a nice guy, and I trust a valued asset to the company. I Highly recommend them. Power lift? You bet!! .

So happy with their service. My car did not start and Luis took the initiative to assist me and push the car out of where it was located to get the car to it's final destination. Great customer service and gladly appreciate it.

My car was towed today, he came earlier than expected which is uncommon with tow truck drivers, we got to my dealership fast, honestly no complaints! If I ever need another tow I know exactly who to call. Thank you!!

Luis was amazing! He showed up with a great attitude to a job that no one else wanted to even attempt. He successfully got a dead Volvo XC90 out of a garage basement using nothing more than dollies and brute strength. He was truly a pleasure to work with, very nice, very solutions oriented, and had a great sense of humor along the way. I would 10000000% call him again for a tow. THANK YOU LUIS!
