Jeff is awesome. While others struggled with my "modified" setup and told me they will no longer work on older customized rides. Jeff tackled the job head-on and was not afraid or deterred. He communicated regularly and had me back up and running in less time than I was expecting.

Jeff was polite and full of quality information that helped me choose him over anyone else in town, even though he was busy he took the time to awnser any questions I had. He was also the most responsibly priced transmission shop in town. His mechanic is also polite and awnsered any questions I had. I appreciate everything Jeff and his business has done for me. I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle there for transmission service and repair.

This is one of the most poorly managed businesses I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Everyone I spoke with was very courteous. However, this entire business needs a lot of work operationally. I understand it is a small business atmosphere, but when I order a part and am told it should arrive in 7-10 business days that is my expectation. After 2 weeks of waiting and calling repeatedly my item was finally BILLED. Every time I spoke with someone, even a manager, they promised to return my call, which never happened. It then shipped after another 2 weeks of waiting and calling almost daily. I was told over and over again “it will ship on this day, promise” and those promises were broken time and time again for some excuse or another. Kelly, the manager, was very kind and offered a small discount on the shipping cost due to my having to wait a month. Then when the part FINALLY shipped, the carrier (R&L) damaged it and it had to be sent back. It would then be at minimum another week before they could ship another. Needless to say I cancelled my order after that. After another week and a half, I am STILL waiting on my refund. Please heed this warning and do not go through the hassle of buying anything from this business.

Looked at my vehicle had it looked at and completed within a couple hours. Didn't find an issue and was nice enough not to charge a fee. Convenient location. Jeff seemed like a decent guy

Jeff has rebuilt many transmission for me. Never had a problem. It may take a while, but I know that it's my transmission not some remanufactured one
