Pray Body Shop

I was disappointed with my experience at this shop. After a recent accident, I visited them because they were certified and local, which seemed like the perfect fit. However, when I explained that I typically go to a shop in Brooklyn but wanted to give them a try due to convenience, the associate declined to take the repair, stating she didn’t want to take business from other body shops. As a man of color, I couldn’t help but feel that the response was racially motivated, which made the experience even more unsettling. It’s disheartening to feel unwelcome in a local business when seeking professional services.

They are only Auto Body Shops in the area certified to work on Telsa's. I had some minor damage to my Model Y after a run-in with my garage, and my go to body shop, told me they do not work on Tesla's so I brought it to Pray for an estimate. The GM of the shop, Courtney took a look at the damage as asked if I had .5 hour because she felt it could be fixed to an acceptable level for the leasing company not to charge me on lese termination to repair the damage. I declined that, and had her write me a quote. Since the damage was minor, I decided to pay out of pocket and the parts were ordered and when they arrived, scheduled the work which was fixed in a few hours. This is a great shop and Courtney is fantastic. I highly recommend it, especially if you need your Telsa repaired.

Came here as my Audi dealer recommended them (they are an Audi certified shop). Someone hit and ran on me and scuffed up/dented my bumper and front panel but after coming here you would never know. Car looks brand new, plus they did me a favor and swapped in a different grille for me at no extra cost. They also cleaned the inside and outside and I swear the rubber floor mats have never looked so good. I would come back or recommend this shop in a heartbeat to anyone, especially if you own a VW or Audi.

Phenomenal body shop! My ex boss hit my car (not the reason why he is my ex boss now, but it didn't help) and I ended up having to get quite a bit of work done. Not only was the work done to satisfaction (I'm not the easiest customer to deal with) and efficiently, there was no gap in communication! Courtney kept me up to date on every step and the work was seamless. My car wasn't just sitting in the shop for weeks. Additionally, it was fully detailed when it was returned! I needed a new wrap for the vehicle as well - and the work came out fantastic, which is no easy feat due to the curves. Seriously... You're doing yourself a disservice by not coming here first.

Great auto body shop that does great work. Used them twice for repairs and very pleased each time. The thing that really sets apart from all others is their customer service. Jonathan is AWESOME!!! He goes out of his way to make sure customers are always updated on their car’s progress, always informed/prepared regarding insurance matters, and (ultimately)… Jonathan goes out of his way to make sure customers always leave Pray Auto Shop happy. That why I keep returning.
