An incredible experience coming out of a very frustrating situation of getting rear ended by a driver 4 weeks into getting our brand new R1S. I wouldn’t trust my car with anyone else. Not only when I showed up randomly was Ricardo gracious and helped out right away. But when I came back after working through the person at faults insurance company and their own fiasco, the experience was seamless with Precision. The final result is that you could never tell anything happened. The gentlemen that did the work were outstanding!! 5*s is not enough for them!!

Amazing service! My car was repaired within 3 weeks and was left impeccable. The shop took care of communication with my insurance and with Tesla which was great. Josh was very helpful, constantly providing updates on the vehicle and available for any questions that arose. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience with these guys. They’ve fixed my model 3 twice. 1 small fender bender and another ding I got while parked. Most recently the repair didn’t exceed the estimate and the job got done in the time discussed. I also handed them a dirty car and the car came back nice and clean. They do my inspection every year. It’s a quick process on that front. I’m sure you can find cheaper repairs elsewhere. I go here because I want a quality job performed at reasonable price, I’m not looking for a cheap repairs.

I brought my Tesla here and this place was incredible. They actually seemed to want to make the process smooth and easy with no pain points. The communication on my behalf with the insurance and the rental car company was reliable and on point and everyone was efficient and kind, but let’s not bury the lead… the work was PERFECT!!! I am a very particular person and will notice any little imperfection on something I pay good money for, but I have NO NOTES! Thank you in particular to Freddy who is a gentleman and a scholar and who made the process dare I say… fun? Thank you to everyone at Precision Auto Works for a job well done! Honestly this shop has 0 tolerance for dirrty cars , every car must be perfect before leaving the shop , their paint work is always good and the consistency in orange peel and color matching is phenomenal , After working with a couple shops who do half assed work , this shop is Hands down High quality work , very rare ,
