For a long time I’ve been looking for a good, honest, reliable and fair shop for my 2013 BMW 328i which I’ve been dealing with oil leaks, radiator leak and a new problem that came up with the power steering system. Let me tell you something, I found it at Precision Import Auto Repair!!! After doing my research for the best repair shop I found Precision Auto to be the very best in the business and I’m pretty sure all over Riverside and OC as well. I wished I could write an essay about my experience but to make it short. I met Mr. Yogi, he went over all the issues with my car and was very detailed with each one of them. Yogi is amazing!!! He was so helpful and kept me updated. I took my car on a Friday and was ready by Wednesday (they are closed Saturday and Sunday) he gave me a fantastic price and all issues with my car have been fixed, yes, ALL 3 issues fixed!!! They are fair and honest people. I don’t know why people would go somewhere else. I been through 3 other shops including BMW dealership which by the way they are so expensive and were not helpful at all, here at Precision Auto they have certified BMW mechanics and they are super efficient!!! Thank you Yogi very much and the entire team!!! I have my BMW back and feels like new again!!! God bless!!!!

Terry is a godsend! At the last minute, he performed a pre-purchase inspection on a Mercedes and exceeded all expectations. He was prompt, thorough, and communicated effectively throughout the process. He provided detailed photos and videos, saving me from a potential headache. A true gem in the auto world! Highly recommend!

Precision, is a great I've ben taking my Benz to them for the past 4 yrs. Oil changes and if anything else is need if check engine light comes on. They are great to me and my vehicle. Great prices and very accommodating to their clients. They also reward their clients with discount vouchers for being loyal customer.

I had been told by another auto body repair shop that my vehicle could not be repaired as some parts were now discontinued. Precision Import Auto Repair took a look at it and said they could repair what was there which had been discontinued. They did, and then also offered to give it a once over to check for other repairs or maintenance. I tested the body repairs when I went though the car wash. Everything remained intact and water tight. I am very happy with their elservice & work.

Multiple diagnostics were performed on my Toyota 4Runner. Michael called to report findings and quote. Crew worked hard to get my vehicle done before they closed for the weekend. Michael caught a diagnostic charge mistake at payment time and quickly adjusted before paying. Totally recommend Precision!!!
