Precision Paintless Dent Repair - Best Dent Repair Service in NY

After my dent guy moved to CT, I’ve been searching for a new dent removal company for a while now. Called Bill after googling shops near Nassau/Suffolk and decided to give him a try. We spoke on the phone and he patiently gave me a reasonable quote and told me he was available until 5pm. We agreed on a time and he sent me his address and even a picture of his house (where he converted his garage into a beautiful home shop). He greeted me politely and I pulled into his massive garage. Right away you can tell Bill takes his work seriously as the shop had exquisite decor and was clearly professional. (Please see photos). We chatted delightfully for over an hour where he played 80s music and we regaled over stories about his father’s beautiful bike while fixing the rather awkward angular/linear dent. In the end, the car looked perfect and you could never tell another car door smacked ito it at a parking lot. Overall, my experience was incredibly delightful and I certainly felt Bill went above and beyond. He is definitely my new dent guy for life.

I can’t express enough gratitude towards Bill and Tom for the work they did on my car. These two are extremely talented and very down to earth guys. Bill made the process very easy and was fully transparent with pricing. If you need work done on your car and you want it done right and with the utmost care, Precision PDR should be your first and only stop. I gained both an education on and appreciation for PDR. I really enjoyed watching their talent unfold and getting to know them.

Believe all the 5-star reviews. Bill brings an artist's touch and an impressive eye for detail to his craft. There's no such thing as "good enough" for him; Bill works until a restoration is as near perfect as possible. I'm not in the habit of writing reviews, but when someone provides a service at this level of quality, in addition to good conversation, it's wrong to keep it to yourself. I highly recommend.

After receiving a bad door ding and paint transfer on my driver’s door, I thought I was destined to look at it for as long as I owned the truck. Bill and his partner did an amazing job of not only fixing the issue so well that you cannot tell it ever happened, but also explaining what they were doing along the way. They were informative, friendly and love what they do. I did my research before choosing Precision and I am glad I did. They stand out from others in the field and are true professionals. While I hope I don’t need any more dent removal soon, I 100% know where I will go again if I do.

Had a nice size dent in our Subaru . Found them online and they were very local to us . Bill was very accommodating and his work is impeccable! His garage tells you everything about Bill !
