Very helpful, completed my oil change that I originally came in for, and recommended maintenance as well. I chose a couple of more necessary maintenance options and they completed all of this and the oil change in about an hour. The communication was very efficient and they even applied coupons for me and made sure I wasn’t spending too much at once. Thanks again!

I’ve been in the upstate two years now, and it’s been a time finding some place to get quality work done to my truck . I took my truck at this location for a second opinion. Although the diagnostic wasn’t what I wanted to hear. However Mr Paul made me feel a lot better with what needed to be done. My truck is running like new and this place has become my place to get all my mechanical work done.

The guys at Precision are totally AWESOME! They go out of their way to make sure to keep their prices fair. They gave me a free tire rotation also 10% off because I'm a senior also didn't charge me for the diagnostic on the problem I was having. It brought my bill way down. I love this place!!! I will never go anywhere else.

Took my wife Audi here for an emergency service related her car was running hot and they took our warranty. To say the least this was a horrible experience. They told us what was wrong with the car a we agreed for them to do the job. They ordered a part from Audi and was supposed to also change the hoses as well. They called and said the job was done and the car was ready. We picked up the car and everything seemed fine for about 2 months. The car ran hot again just like the first time so I called them and they said to bring the car by. Once we got there the whole shop was full of new workers. Super red flag! So they look at the car and the new office manager name Paul calls me and try and tell me that this is a new issue and it’s going to cost me another $1,500 or so to fix it. I then told him no sir this is the same issue and he ran me up and down. I asked him to give me the part number off the part that’s on the car now because they purchased the new part from Audi and they would have record of the new part number. Let’s just say he called me back with all kinds of I’m sorry this and that. I was livid because don’t try and defend something when you wasn’t even there at the time. Because the service had a 1 year warranty they had to eat the cost and redo the entire job. They just better be lucky nothing happened to the car cause I would’ve probably sued them for what they did. No telling what happened to the $500 part we purchased. They probably sold it. Be careful with this place.

I arrived at Precision a nervous wreck. I was led to believe I had a blown head gasket. However after meeting Paul he reassured me that was not the case. Paul's customer service skills were outstanding while expeditiously getting my car on the rack for a diagnostic check 10mins after I arrived. During the whole process from the diagnostic check to the repair Paul kept me abreast of what was going on. The car was ready way under the time frame that was given. I must say it's been a long time since I've received such excellent customer service. I commend Paul and his whole team. A job well done. They go above and beyond. Thank you
