Came here to repair my Lexus and it has been a great experience despite the accident and dealing with insurance and stuff. Calvin is my advisor and he has been great and communicative with me about the status. I just picked up my car and it looks like the accident never happened. Love it. Highly recommend this place to repair your baby.

I recently had my car repaired after someone rear ended me. Calvin provided great customer service: 1) gave me a same day estimate using a visual inspection of external damage and 2) promptly communicated with me throughout the process. Calvin also communicated that there was going to be additional work required that was found once the bumper was removed. I remove one start because of the unexpected difference in initial estimate (visual inspection) and after removing the bumper. Final repair was 77% more than the original estimate. Majority of cost difference coming from labor costs and paint supplies. What I though was a slow collision cost a lot of money to repair.

I came to this collision shop strictly based off reviews and I can honestly say they definitely put their customers first. I brought a 2021 mustang gt that had some collision on the hood and bumper. Geo was able to consult with me some aftermarket options and even let me order the parts direct to the shop. After parts arrived, his team noticed some parts were damaged and or were for the wrong model year. After Geo did some research, he was able to help me pick up the correct bumper directly from the supplier who was luckily in Orange County. After the install, he was also able to troubleshoot multiple times the wiring issues that the aftermarket bumper was causing with the new halo lights. He went out of his way to get a ford tech to figure out the wiring issue and to put a relay on it. During this whole process, he was very responsive and always made sure to update me on the progress of the car. Once I received my car, the paint job and fitment were on point. Overall, their reliability, responsiveness and craftsmanship is what differentiates themselves from other shops. If you want professionals who can get the job done right with communication and accountability, this is your spot. 11/10.

This past week I had my bumper repaired and replaced at PCC. The bottom line for this review is about #1) Quality of work; 2) Customer service; 3) Quoted Price and time. So for Quality I would give PCC a 5; The picture attached shows that the work was done with excellence. Up close I can tell that the moldings and fixtures all match and the paint is a perfect match with new car shine; also, when I received the car back it had been professionally detailed inside and out and was as clean as the day it came from the showroom. Second, for Customer service I would give a 5 for the in-person friendliness from Calvin and the other team members I met at their shop. Calvin explained things well and I was able to work with him to get a fair price for the whole job; Third, for "quoted price and time" I would give a 3 because I used Yelp to get the original quote, sending pictures (like the before below) and I received what I thought was a good price range and I was also given a 2-3 day turnaround. But after taking the car in, the in-person quote was 50 % more than the and online quote; and then later I was told that it additional various parts and services were needed that were not known at the in-person quote, thus adding yet another 50% to the online quote, and so the final cost was indeed more than twice the online quote; and the time was one week to get the car back. That said, I will say that I do not doubt the added parts and service were needed; and that the work was done well. I told Calvin my concerns about this and that as a customer I would have rather received an original quote range on the "high" side so that this kind of surprise did not occur. I also thought that the additional needed services could have been known and given to me at the original in-person inspection and quote. Based on other reviews, and the quality of the finished product I think PCC has the experience and expertise to give better and more accurate quote ranges (even though I know Yelp cannot be sufficient, esp. in comparison to an in-person inspection and quote). All said, the quality of their work is excellent; the customer service does seek to communicate well, and the price for given parts and services seemed fair. It's just a good thing to get as much information before the service as the customer can. I hope this review helps both customers and the PCC.
