Premier Oil Change provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. They were very courteous and respectful. They didn't try to pressure me into doing more than I came to do, but also gave me options and suggestions in case I wanted to do other things. I also went back about a week later and as soon as I pulled up an employee came out to see what I needed. He helped me to reset my oil change warning (which wasn't on when they changed it)

I receive great customer service. They always top my fluids between oil changes. The employees are respectful, professional, and kind. The o Lu reason I give a four is because it seems to be a more expensive than competitors.

I have gone to Premier a number of times in past few years and always had a good experience. They are fast and efficient i their procedures and check many things which may need replacing. I have gone with replacement of items when recommended and feel that in between major vehicle servicing my car is being well maintained as far as fluids, belts and various filters are concerned. There are some things of course they do not do such as brakes.

Great place for an oil change! Best service as your offered a beverage and lets me know if any other service needs to be looked at doing but absolutely no pressure to a female! We usually take care of them as our vehicles are important to us! I will continue using their service as often as they recommend! 😊

Great, thorough service. Not pushy about unnecessary services. Love the free vacuums and cheap car wash at the Medford location, but the Grants Pass shop is awesome and professional too.
