They were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on with my car in a way that I could easily understand. The team quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me a very reasonable estimate, and had the car back to me in great condition. I was back on the road in no time! The quality of service at Presley Automotive is outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Honestly, my only hesitation in writing this review is that they might get so busy that it’ll be harder to get an appointment! But they truly deserve the recognition. I've been using Presley for several years now both for my very high mileage Ford and my rather aged conversion van. They have always been knowledgeable, fair, polite, honest, and professional. At this point I am thrilled to have found them and wouldn't consider using anyone else. Worth their weight in gold.

We broke down on our way to our vacation destination passing through North Carolina. We were stranded our water pump had failed on our 2022 Yukon . I called Presley Automotive and within an hour they had our vehicle in the garage working on it. Mark the owner even had the part needed to fix it. Mark took us in like we were his own family, fixed our vehicle for way less than I expected. I would also like to mention Marks son Blake who was young energetic, knowledgeable mechanic who has amazing customer service. If you’re looking for a place to get your vehicle fixed and your in Hendonsonville NC, you wont regret going here. Thanks Mark, Blake, Randall and Alex.
