I was rear ended in an accident on my way to work. State Farm recommended taking my vehicle to Prestige Collision in Pendleton SC. I had an estimate done by Mr. Jason Owens and could not have been treated better. I was shown respect, courtesy, honesty, and a professionalism that’s only exhibited by one that truly cares about the service they are rendering. My daughter went with me to the estimation appointment and was treated well which may seem like a small thing but in reality meant a lot. My car was totaled and I wasn’t happy about it at first but after being given all the pertinent information necessary by Mr. Owens and conducting my claim with State Farm it ultimately led to my situation ending better than I could have ever imagined. Bottom line. If you are in need of collision repair services, go to Prestige Collision. Ask for Mr. Jason Owens and go from there. You’ll thank me later.

I got backed into on Easter while my car was parked. Back left door had too much structural damage so it had to be replaced. Jason gave the most accurate estimate compared to other collision repair shops I had visited for estimates. These guys did a great job and my car looks good as new. I also really appreciated that they were helpful and friendly in answering my questions and they called me about each week to give me updates (it took about a month but they did it right). There weren’t any issues with discoloring and I feel really happy with the job they did (they also gave it a really nice cleaning job). Highly recommend Prestige Collision… very professional group.

They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Available to answer any questions that I had. My Jeep was repaired perfectly and I was kept up to date with the progress throughout the whole process. They also cleaned my Jeep inside and out before returning it to me. I would definitely recommend.
