I cannot talk this place up enough. I feel very comfortable with Prime Auto servicing my vehicle's needs. I had an issue with my check engine light and within minutes the owner was out diagnosing it. Turns out it was nothing and I was on my way but while I was there I felt comfortable and in that short amount of time, my confidence in this business was established. I immediately trusted them. Since then, I've been back for a thermostat issue and it was handled the same day, which, in the heart of winter, I was beyond grateful for. I even got my windows tinted there. Talk about one stop shopping! The staff there are always so friendly and helpful. Being someone who knows absolutely nothing about vehicles, it is a little unnerving to take your vehicle somewhere because you're at their mercy but that is not the case here at all. I am actually pleasantly surprised each time I get the total as I think it is more than fair, without question. I am grateful I have found an establishment that I trust to care for my car's needs in Prime Auto. They service the vehicles of my entire family now because that is how much of a gem we feel we have been fortunate enough to find. We have all felt very pleased with every experience here. Quality work, knowledgeable staff, friendly and fast service at a great price...look no further than Prime Auto. Like I said, I cannot talk this place up enough!

I recently visited Prime Auto Center, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The customer service was truly outstanding from start to finish. Moe and the team made the entire process so easy and stress-free. They provided excellent guidance, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. I felt like they genuinely cared about my needs and made sure I was comfortable with every step. On top of that, the service was incredibly quick and efficient. I was amazed at how smoothly everything went without compromising quality. Moe was especially great—his attention to detail and commitment to ensuring I had a positive experience was unmatched. I was referred to Prime Auto by O'Reilly's on Michigan Ave. Moe, and his mechanics were amazing! Very professional, patient, and will explain all that they do to your car. The pricing was affordable also. They serviced my car, and was done in a reasonable amount of time, and even topped off my washer fluid which was low. I know where I'll be going from on. So I recommend Prime Auto Center if you ever need a good mechanic for your car, and make sure you talk to Moe.

Recently visited Prime Auto Center and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and very informational. They were also very efficient with time. I was in and out in less than hour. Will definitely be back in the future.
