I had an excellent experience at Prime Automotive. Customer service was excellent. The staff were all professional. I had both bumpers painted, hood replaced and painted, headlights cleaned and polished and for a fair reasonable price and I was overjoyed with the outcome when I came to pick up my truck.I received a lot of compliments of the work Prime Automotive did for me. Saw Prime Automotive on social media and decided to give them a shot. They tinted my Mustang Mach-E's front windows perfectly in under an hour. The entire staff was very friendly, and easy to work with. Ronnie went above and beyond, and he made the entire experience at Prime Automotive very easy, and pleasant. Plus the free car wash and detail made my car look brand new. Highly recommend!

Everything Im about to say is the 100% honest truth. I was extremely lucky to come across this shop ran by Shawn and Lachie. They showed me the upmost respect and had my best interest throughout this entire process. It kinda seemed too good to be true in the beginning with how outgoing and willingly they were to go the extra mile and help me. Most shops play the nice role just to get your vehicle and don’t communicate with you or every time you pass by the shop your car is still sitting in the same spot in the condition they received it in.Well not down at Prime Automotive they’re always fine with giving you an update over the phone or in person and not only will your car get fixed it’ll look good as new. Anyone that’s thinking about coming here I strongly suggest that you do and they’ll do right by you.
