I bought a 2019 Traverse at auction and decided to bring it to Prime for the needed repairs. There was some frame sway which they brought to my attention and I asked them to fix that too. I also had the rims and chrome accents all painted black. It looks way better now. Oh, and free car wash. Overall they did a great job! I would reccomend to anyone.

I took my nissan 350z to prime complete auto services for a paint job. And they did not disappoint. The service was fast and reliable, amazing customer service and they kept me up to date with the whole procedure of my car. Quality more then excellent. Would 100% recommend.

Took my wife’s civic in for collision repair bc I personally know Freddy. He’s done an amazing job for my car 3 years ago and the paint job held up great all these years. This time we came in on a Tuesday afternoon, and by Friday the same week it’s all done ready for pickup!!! It’s just so surreal considering all the supply chain shortages during Covid. Car has also been washed and detailed for free. Freddy is THE BEST!!! he’s so reliable, hard working, and had good communication every step of the way. He would send me pictures everyday showing me his progress. He has friends in the car parts business so he gets parts faster than most shops. I highly recommend this shop.
