Prius Hybrid Repair Shop

My 2nd Generation Prius with over 200k miles started to feel the strain of an old hybrid battery. Mileage economy was low . So time for new battery. Found out that Toyota raised their prices on those batteries significantly ( maybe has to do with new import tariffs ??? ) Shopped around and found Mark had a solution. He offered me several solutions and we decided on a new battery that was installed on the same day at a significant lower price than any were else . Answered all my questions and never was any pressure … He even suggested to keep milking the old battery till it died . ( not for me ) . I’m very happy we found him .

i had a great experience with mark & his shop. i called him up to ask some questions & to see if this was the right shop to bring my 2nd gen prius to for an engine swap. mark answered all my questions & seemed like an honest guy so i brought my car to him. He had my car for a couple days & he communicated with me the whole time, answered any other questions i had & sent me updates with pictures. its been 2 months now since i got my car back & ive had no issues. definitely will make this my go to shop if i ever need any repairs in the future. you can trust mark with your repairs & your car, he is an honest mechanic.

I took my Prius in for the hybrid battery replacement. The replacement took about an hour and I was good to go. The service was very reasonably priced. Mark communicated the process and what to expect very well. He was knowledgeable, and gave me tips on how to keep the car in a good condition. He came across as an honest person, who cares about the services he provides. I'd not hesitate to go back if I have any other issues with my car.

I have taken my Prius to Mark on a few different occasions now for different issues that have popped up with my vehicle. He is always fair with pricing, knowledgeable, and gets the job done quick. Most recently I took my car to him to have my headlight bulbs replaced. Apparently some Prius models were built in a way that makes replacing the bulbs is a little tricky. Rather than deal with it myself, I took it to Mark. He got the job done and now I can get safely back on the road! Will continue to go to Mark with anything that comes up in the future!

Mark is a very transparent mechanic whom I can trust. Went in due to a coolant leak, and he took his time to give me all the information to help me make the best informed decision without having to beat around the bush. Definitely glad that he's in the area!
