Extremely disappointed with my experience at Pro Import Auto Service. I brought my car to owner Timothy J. Mauro for repairs two years ago, and not only were the original issues not resolved, but my car was returned with further damage, including a smashed bumper. Mr. Mauro has been unresponsive to my attempts to resolve this situation, leaving me no choice but to pursue legal action. I would strongly advise against entrusting this business with your vehicle.

Pro Imports runs an excellent garage. The work on my 330i is always completed at the expected time, often earlier. His prices are fantastic. I am very confident taking my car to Tim. He always treats me with such kindness. He's straight forward and reliable. I trust him implicitly. (He's also funny!) His guys are awesome, too. I'm glad to have found such an excellent garage and feel lucky to live just around the corner. Look no further for a garage with mechanics you can trust!

This place use to be great, now it is horrible!!!! Tim kept my car for over a month and gave me the run around. Then later informed me that he could not fix. He is not an honest man and I advise no one to bring their car here. He had the nerve to tell me he was swamp with work! What does that have to do with me!!!! Please, no one bring your car here. The service is no longer what it use to be......

Tim is the best and so is the rest of the staff... Since day one, he has been upfront and honest with me, explains everything before he does any work and as a female, I appreciate that more than anything. I have been ripped off in the past and Tim is the only guy I take my Volvo to. Everyone is kind and informative and they care about you and your vehicle here. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else but this place for your foreign car.
