Casey went Above & Beyond! He was able to squeeze in my daughter’s car the very next morning to replace the CV axle, all 4 brakes & rotators, and an oil change. He even diagnosed some other potential issues. He was very honest and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn’t need. The parts & labor were very reasonable and affordable! He had it done in a few hours and even was able to accommodate me with picking the car up after hours This will be my new GO-TO auto repair shop! I Very Highly Recommend giving them a try!!

My daughters were driving right in front of the shop and their car stopped right in the middle of the street, between the intersection of Chandler Road and 13th St.and Kasey is the gentleman name that came away from a shop jumpstarted the car and got my girls out of the street. Make sure that they were safe which is more important to me than the wonderful job that he did our vehicle because my girls were protected and he made that happen. We are very grateful to him and that did I mentioned the work that he did on My Car was a wonderful job.!

I brought my car to Casey after getting an outtageous quote from a dealership. He did an outstanding job at breaking down the real issues and what was required to repair the problem. He also found a problem that had gone undiagnosed which would have created another problem in a few months that the dealer completely missed. In all he repaired all the issues in a single day and saved me over half the cost of my original quote. Casey is now my new full time mechanic.

10/10...My daughters brakes went out. We (by chance) found Pro Tec and decided to take her car there. The customer service here is Outstandingly Honest and Caring! They actually Care about their clients! Not to mention they don't fix stuff that doesn't need fixing and their prices are Phenomenal! All n All my daughter and I have found our forever mechanics! Thank you Pro Tec!!!
