Dropped my A4 off for Rear bumper replacement, along with fixing and painting my quarter panels on Monday morning, got my car back Wednesday Afternoon. Chris gave me a very reasonable price and was very communicative and helpful. He even tried to get me a bumper for the cheapest price possible. This shop is legit!!!!!!

Professional Auto Body towed my car after I was in an accident, and I had a fantastic experience. Christian was friendly, timely, super communicative, and very pleasant and easy to work with. He was a bright spot in an otherwise frustrating situation, and I would not hesitate to use him and Professional Auto Body in the future.

This business towed my car through my insurance company (the insurance company claimed to have no knowledge of them or where the car was taken to) and Chris kept leading me on by not answering phone calls when I kept checking in and kept switching from saying he's "got me" to "you gotta talk to my boss". They eventually charged the insurance company 4500 dollars to hold the car for 18 days and then also tried to charge me 500 after he specifically told me he wouldn't charge me. This is sad, but it was unfortunately a scam they ran against the insurance company and it looks like I got caught up in it. I hate leaving bad reviews too but people need to know about this kind of activity. He seemed like a really cool dude at first. EDIT/REPLY: The last time we spoke I managed to bring that 500 down to 350 to get my car back after I was told I wouldn't have to pay extra after the insurance. However, thanks for confirming what happened.

I was in search of a vehicle and Professional Auto Body helped me through the entire process. We did the auctioning process together and then they provided the repairs that the auto needed.
