Previously went there for a wheel alignment and my alignment felt off so I took my car back. I Got there 12:15 left out 3:15 with no work done. It was 1 car ahead of me and when that car was done they let another car go ahead of me. I never leave reviews but this shop is first come first serve basis and what they did was extremely unprofessional.

They don’t know their job. Went for wheel alignment three times, they made it worst. They advertise $39.99 for wheel alignment but they actually do front in this price. They ask $20 extra for rare wheel. And they tell you all this information after they left your car so if you decide not to get service done from them they have to pay them $20 lift charges. These guys are theives

Do not go to this auto shop!!! The owner Miguel and his workers are thieves and rip offs. I went for an alignment on my vehicle they made it worst. Next my vehicle needed front brakes pads and rotors and oil change and spark plugs.they quoted me for $400 for parts and labor. My vehicle is over 20 years old a 1997 Honda Civic. They did the work without telling me the price and took advantage of me. Please do not go to this auto shop. The Mechanics are rude and not knowledgeable on cars there simply parts changers and the owner a thieve or how they say in Spanish (((LADRONASO)) .This shop needs to be shutdown for good. Taking advantage of people. ((LADRONASO)). I’ll be reporting this to the better business bureau and New York department of consumer affairs.

You would think you could get good service when things are slow like this. #covid-19. I brought 5 new tires and a spare rim to these guys to have mounted on my truck. I specifically asked them NOT to put the weights on the outside of my rims like they do on commercial vehicles and cheap cars. (my rims have always been weighted from the inside). I also took the time to show them where the tools were for mounting the spare under the bed. All of which I would expect a tire shop to already know. But I try to be helpful. When I picked up my truck the rims were weighted on the outside, the spare wasn't mounted and the tires were not inflated to the correct pressure. This place is a joke! And when I went to pay they acted like I was a jerk for paying with a card. This place should be called "UNPROFESSIONAL Auto Care".
