Call two days in a row told him the tire size they told me they had two tires. I told them I only needed one. I got here today. They say the one is in bad shape and they can’t use it. Then they roll out another one that looks used on it and try to charge over $100 for a used tire when they told me it was new and then over the phone they told me they had two tires and then when I got there, they only had one that wasn’t Good at all! I’m just thinking because I have a Mercedes. They just thought that they could get more money out of me. I am disgusted and I am very because I used to come here all the time.

I drove there ALL THE WAY from Streator for I thought I would have a hood tire job. Friendly people but THE WORST tire service I’ve ever experienced!!! (I’ve owned cars for 33 years). They assigned the job of my car to a very young kid, I thought “no problem as long as another employee is there with him supervising”…they installed two new tires in the front, I requested balance on rear tires as well so, two new tires, all 4 tires balanced, I saw everything being done, what I didn’t see was the tire balance results. (I knew my car needed an alignment for I had just replaced front wheel bearings) I payed, get my car and to get alignment. My car started to vibrate at 65mph NEVER THINKING the problem was in the tires!. I decided to take my care to a mechanic shop. They perform a few tests and say it’s a bad tire balance job. I take my car to another tire shop. They walk me in to see for myself the results of the balance performed on my tires, ALL 4 TIRES ARE UNBALANCED 50/25, 25/75, 50/175!!! and 50/100. New balance results?: 0/0, 0/0, 0/0 and 0/0. You have being warned, AVOID THAT PLACE AT ALL COST!!!. (Never went back to complaint because I live like one hour 45 minutes away!).
