I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to the incredible team at Puente Hills Ford for making my car-buying experience so seamless and informative. My husband and I initially stopped by the dealership just before closing to take a quick look at the Ford Bronco. From the very start, Maurice and Jeff were nothing short of amazing—so generous with their time and full of kindness. They encouraged us to take the car for a test drive and answered all of our questions with patience and care. We were especially grateful when they went above and beyond to provide us with clear, detailed financing options, helping us make an informed decision. Even when we mentioned needing more time to think it over, they were nothing but supportive, offering us the space to decide without any pressure. Considering, we returned the next day to move forward with our purchase. Above all, I am truly thankful for how valued they made us feel throughout the entire process. Jeff, Christine and the rest of the team were remarkable to work with. This was my first leasing experience and had lots of questions and I am not the most decisive person. The team was patient and answers all of my questions. They handled both of my trade-ins with ease. I highly recommend Puente Hills Ford. Car buying /leasing can be stressful, my experience with this team was hassle free and fun.

By far one of the best experiences buying a car. Amazing staff and everyone is super friendly. Daniel Lupton in particular is amazing! As soon as I walked in with my fiancé he was super attentive and helpful. He worked really hard to work out a deal that was within my budget and I can tell he was genuinely invested in making sure we left happy and satisfied. Before leaving with my new car he even made sure it was washed and filled with a full tank of premium gas. I would 100% recommend asking for him when going to this dealership, I guarantee you won’t regret it.

We had an exceptional car buying experience here from start to finish. Every person we worked with was extremely knowledgeable about their role, took time to explain things to us and overall really earned our business. Thank you Mike Lott (sales), Manny (finance), Fortino (sales manager), Fabby (Titles), and others that helped behind the scenes. A really solid team that works as closely as a pro sports team. They were transparent on pricing and which fees were negotiable. They also made sure we understood how our trade in was priced. We knew we wanted a Bronco Badlands 2-door 2024 for flat towing purposes. They didn't have the model of Bronco we wanted so Mike went and picked it up from another dealership. It's not often you walk off a lot feeling confident you got the right car at the right price but we do.
