I’ve known Alex from PUR Collision for over seven years, and he’s been my go-to guy for any car modifications or repairs. He’s done incredible work over the years, including: • Modifying my first Mercedes (E63) with a custom bumper kit and perfectly painted bumpers. • Changing the steering wheel on my M4. • Servicing my M5 with oil filter changes, spark plugs, and brake pads. Most recently, someone hit my Porsche 911 (992) in a parking lot and drove off. It was a hit-and-run, and Alex worked a miracle by fixing the original bumper to perfection. I still don't understand how they pulled it off. I can’t recommend Alex and his team enough. I’ve referred all my friends to him, and they’ve all been just as impressed. If Alex takes on a job, you can be sure it’ll be done flawlessly! 15/10 service!

Amazing Experience at PUR Collision Center! I just had the best experience at PUR Collision Center, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Alex! From the moment I called to ask if they could fix a broken latch on my trunk, I felt welcomed and cared for. When I got to the shop, Alex jumped right in and assessed the problem. To my surprise, he had it fixed in just 10 minutes! What really stood out to me was his honesty. He took the time to explain everything—how long it would take, the labor involved, and even mentioned parts that weren't necessary, which saved me some cash! Honestly, it’s hard to find that kind of genuine honesty in auto repair shops these days, and it made me feel so comfortable. Plus, Alex didn’t charge me a dime for the quick fix, which was just awesome. Thank you so much, Alex! You turned a potentially stressful situation into a really positive experience. AMAZING! Car repair of any sort always seems to leave you feeling like you are being taken advantage of or overpaying. It is just hard as a consumer. Alex and Art at PUR destroyed that feeling at first contact. I took my Model Y in for a bad door ding repair, and was immediately made to feel welcome and taken care of. From the moment I made contact to the moment I picked my car up. The work was outstanding, and my heart feel much better not having to look at a deep gouge and scrape on my new car. Customer service was well beyond what I expected too, my car was clean, charged and ready to go when I arrived. Cannot thank you guys enough, and for you gentle reader, I cannot recommend PUR enough. Support these guys, they deserve it!

Alex and the team over at Pur Collission were amazing! The response time, the customer service, and the quality of work was absolutely top notch. My Audi Q5 needed door replacements after an accident, and they took care of me right away. They seamlessly coordinated with the insurance, helped me out with my rental car and were responsive and attentive the entire time. I would confidently recommend them!!
