I recently needed my oil changed and also an inspection needed to become an Uber driver and since they were one of the recommended official centers that Uber listed, I decided to call. Frank answered the phone & mentioned it was $30 for the Uber inspection which is a great value since most places charged $40! I mentioned that I also needed an oil change and asked if they were available since I was on a time constriction. He said to come in he'll do his best take care of it right away! Got there and the place was clean and organized (which is always a good sign). Like our conversation he took me in right away. He was quick and thorough and did a quick inspection from Uber's requirements and my car passed with flying colors! I also got an oil change and was able to get a coupon discount for the full synthetic oil. In between the service I asked about some basic maintenance and he was happy to give suggestions and we had a great conversation about general world news and family. Once everything was finished I mentioned that I would refer family and friends and will be returning for any future service. In total I was out of there in 30mins. Called ahead of time asked how long it would take for what I was looking to do with my car’s vehicle inspection the gentleman gave me the time approximately. I went in and before I knew it I was out there. GREAT JOB👍

Definitely would recommend this place. They were able to get the job done on my car very quickly and did a thorough diagnostic and were able to tell me the problem that was wrong with my car. They kept me updated through the whole process and let me know when something else popped up. Also the program they have is very reliable for financing and doing installment payments. They also take in referral and work with the locals. Frank and his team did a great job and I am very satisfied with the work that was done and I am amazed how fast they started working on my car and got the job done. We need a lot more mechanics like this one. I will continue to keep coming here and refer my friends and family. Thank you purrfect auto service for the great customer service.

Great Service shoutout to Ray who not only provided fast service but also listened to the concerns I had over my vehicle giving honest professional advice. Definitely will be bringing my vehicle for any future services needed. Went Again today and I just had to shoutout the AMAZING Customer Service they give here from Ray and Frank Customer for Life I will never go to another shop.

Dishonest & unprofessional. The guy from the front desk agreed to charge only labor to replace to starter motor with my own part on the phone, but after I towed my car there, he decided to add additional diagnostic fee even if I was going to fix my car there. After left my car there for whole afternoon, he called me right before closing at 6pm and told me they finished to replace the starter motor but the car still won’t start. They want additional $300 for further diagnostic. So I took the car to somewhere instead. It turned out my car battery was somehow drained when this shop replaced my starter motor. This shop drained my battery after replaced the starter so that could charge more for further diagnostic. The front desk guy charged me the full amount for starter motor replacement job with uninstalled bottom part and a wire still dangled underneath the car (shown in pics) which I found out next day in the morning. This guy brought up race remarks when he talked about previous customer cases to me. Implying my car won’t start because rat chewed the wires as if I knew nothing about my own car. He even told me I got “something on my face” when I was at the shop but turned it didn’t. It was like a middle schooler would do but from an adult to a customer instead. When I called back to ask why there was a wire dangling under the car, he just became passive aggressive and hung me up. It was utterly rude and unprofessional.
