Tonight I was in a tough situation with my car and my breaks. Safe Towing came to my rescue and I couldn’t be more happier. The dispatch lady informed me every step of the way of the estimated time of arrival and followed through with that timeline. She was the sweetest! Not only that my insurance didn’t inform them I needed a flat bed for the tow and they said no problem. He went to the yard and switched to the flat bed to assist me. My driver Brandon was awesome! He was very kind and attentive to what I needed to get my car home safely. I feel blessed to of crossed paths with this company! I highly recommend their service for all your towing needs.

My insurance contact them through the roadside assistance. They were so nice and customer service was excellent driver was quick and communicative. Would definitely recommend! 😊

After a nightmare with insurance we finally reached a live person and received a text that a driver would be there between 1 hour and 1and 1/2 hours within 10 minutes your driver called and was at our truck within 15 minutes. We had the nicest young man ever. I did not get his name but I have nothing but high Praises for this young man. I would highly recommend this company to family, friends and everyone. Thank you so very much. We had been stuck for hours dealing with our insurance and this young man was so very kind and knew his job.

Called my insurance for a tow and received a text that Safe towing will be out 60 to 90 mins.out. hour gone by and nothing. Call and was told an hour and a half after waiting an hour. Will definitely talk to my insurance next to use a different towing company😡

Dispatcher was very rude. Will never recommend. They never showed up. And I never received a call about them extending the time frame of the tow. I had to call them just to check what was happening. Then after 3 hours of waiting and a second call to them without them reaching out to me once, I asked what was going on and why I didn’t receive an update. Then the dispatcher canceled on me then told me she cancelled and hung up on me. NEVER. I repeat. NEVER go through this place.
