I would not buy any alternators from this place. I bought one Jan 2,2023 and it died yesterday, they wouldn’t cover it because it’s just past 1 year warranty so they do not stand behind their product.

I went to this shop for my Nissan versa. I looked this place up online and saw some great reviews. All of it is true. Mark was great. Helped me out in a time of need. My car was ready with in 24 hrs. I was very satisfied with the work. He was reasonable with my portion of the bill. Mark worked with my out of state insurance. Thank you to him and his staff. I recommend this place over and over again.

This is the place! The only place for Electrical shorts, parasitic drains, Mark and his crew are Professionals! I am so impressed with their work! I had brought my 2015 Honda Civic to a few mechanics and got the run around, My car battery was draining over night. I was told from other mechanics that it was the battery…, I googled Electrical Automotive specialists in the Bronx and Marks shop came up in the results. I had read a number of past reviews and gave marks shop a chance. This was the best thing I could have done. Mark and his crew specifically diagnosed the problem isolated the parasitic drain and my car is brand new again. Thank you Mark! Thank you for not overcharging for labor and being so honest! You now have me and my family for all our automotive issues! Go see Mark and his crew, they are truly professional!

Mark and his team are some of the BEST Technicians in NYS PERIOD!!!! I brought my car to Audi in Mt.Vernon, they had it for a week and they gave me a bill for $11,000. I took the car the Quality Auto for the same EXACT ISSUE and I received my car back in two days from the original drop off and only received a bill for $600. Mark fixed the original issue with my Audi and saved me $10,400!!!!!
