I recently had to get my car fixed after a deer accident. The team at Quality Auto Repair and Tamer did a great job with fixing my car. After about a week, I noticed a noise underneath my hood. One of the blades on the fan had fallen off. I called Tamer and he reassured me that he’d be able to fix it. I brought in my car again and I was met with the best customer service I’ve ever received at a car repair shop. Tamer and team fixed the fan and my 2010 Ford has been running well ever since. I highly recommend this place! A Very good team!

They got me in short notice due to my car shaking after the snow storm. I had to bring my son and they all got me in immediately and quickly! Everyone was so nice to my baby and mindful of the fact he was getting restless! I would highly recommend them to anyone and will go back! I am so grateful!

Overall they did the job I requested but it came with a lot of slimy tactics and false promises. If you use this shop, be prepared to pay a minimum of $145 for diagnostics even if you already know what is wrong with your car. Of course that bill comes with a promise that they will refund the diagnostic fee if you approve the repair. This is clearly a tactic to make you feel like you have no choice but to use them for the repair if you don’t want to lose your money. I also received many false promises about when my vehicle would be finished. I know this is par for the course in most repair shops, this just felt a bit excessive. Any time I pushed back concerning any of the issues mentioned above they were very defensive as if I had attacked them for simply trying to help me. Of course no admission of guilt and no apology. They just slid my card with a smile and sent me on my way. My car is functional, my bank account is empty, and the list of repair shops I am willing to take my car to is shorter than it was a couple of weeks ago.

I can’t express what an amazing company this is. Fair prices and people who actually care about the wellbeing of others. If you are looking for good mechanics look no further. Give them a try you won’t regret it.

Just like it says, Quality Auto Repair. An actual honest mechanic, charging fair rates, for fast professional service. I would highly recommend them. I had the entire exhaust replaced on my truck. Far less expensive than other shops in the area. And when problems arose (because they always do in auto repair) they had a plan and solution immediately. After shopping around and looking for someone reputable, I feel lucky to have found Tamer and his team. I would not hesitate to send my own mother there.
