They don't deserve even a 0 star review. My car disappeared from this shop. And they never refunded my payment for repairs that were never completed. In July 2024 my car was broken in and wasn’t drivable. A towing service that my insurance ordered advised me to get my vehicle to Quality Auto Services. Once I transferred the payment for the repairs I never got an update about the status of my car. I was barely able to get in touch with the mechanic. They would say that they can’t get one of the parts that’s why they can’t start fixing the car. When I started getting suspicious I visited the shop only to find out that my car is parked on a street with a broken window and is collecting parking tickets. It was a fourth month since my car got into the shop. I started looking for a different shop to get my car fixed. One day in November I called a towing service to move my car to a new shop but the car was already missing from Quality Auto Services. I went to the shop and asked for a refund of the payment I initially sent. I also called 911 but the police told me that they can’t help me because it’s the shop’s job to report the car stolen and figure everything out. I am posting this to have a written evidence for taking legal actions against the shop because I haven’t gotten anything back from the shop. The shop owes me: initial payment for the car repairs; parking tickets my car collected while being in their possession; market value of the car (or the car itself). Update 01/29/2025: After a police investigation, I was informed that my car was towed by AAA Towing Service—the same company that initially transported it to this shop—despite the Quality Auto Services employees insisting that the police had towed it. Furthermore, I was never notified by the shop that my car had been towed. Upon contacting the AAA driver, I learned that my vehicle was taken to the Springfield Auto Pound. When I reached out to the impound, they confirmed they have my car but require me to pay all outstanding fees before releasing it. Additionally, I have yet to receive a refund for the services that were never completed (~$4000), nor have I been reimbursed for the parking tickets that accumulated while my car was in the shop's possession (~$700).

Welcome to the Junkyard. If you allow your car to be brought here, be aware that your car will sit and rot on the street while being ticketed over and over. Read the other people’s reviews about how this business allows this and then does not pay the tickets when they say they will. At any given time, Quality Auto has 10 broken down cars on the sidewalk or in parking spots alongside the shop. It is an eyesore and makes me feel like I live in the middle of a junkyard.

My car was taken there because they're open 24/7. After a few days I went to check on my car, and I found that someone had been sleeping in my car and eating my snacks that were left in my car. I found my passenger seat reclined fully and my pillow on the seat which was enough evidence. Secondly, the cookies they ate, they left crumbs on the seat and my car was searched through because things weren't where I left them! They also had my car for about a week because supposedly they only accept cash for the tow truck to pick up and pay the storage fees

Unprofessional to the max, initial call stated the driver would be here 60 mins from the call, an hr an half later nothing, 2 hrs the driver states he is 10 minutes away. Still nothing, I call to complain he says he is 30 mins away. When I call the main line, he tells me his car overheated we are sending a new driver. 3hrs later, no one showed up or gave accurate information, super ghetto customer service on top of that. The name of this company should be changed, there’s zero quality to your service, or professional standards. This company should be embarrassed! Don’t waste your time or money like I did! Ended up canceling the entire service, thank you for absolutely nothing!

Horrible shop, guys were rude & disrespectful. Lost the key to the vehicle & resisted to pay for it. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Just Look at what these guy rather do on the job.
