An oil change turns into a radiator leak that ive never had cost $1400 to repair. Never coming back. Maybe it was there prior and i didn’t know but i doubt it only 60,000 miles. The cashier and the younger technician are nice though

Scammers. Liars. Incompetent. Don't, just don't take your car there. I don't even know where to start. Imagine going there for an o2 sensor and after 5 trips back and forth and a month later still have check engine light on with the same o2 sensor code. Not only that but my father took his car there for motor mounts. It's been there for 3 days now and god knows what they are doing to the car. Tuesday morning he left the car at the shop and he was supposed to pick it up 4pm. They called to pick up the car and when we get there the hood was still open so I checked the mount bolts, the mechanic said oh don't worry the bolts are tight while i was unscreweing one by hand. They were trying to stick it in by force and talking to drill the chassis for it to fit. Anyways 3 days now waiting for them to put that 1 bolt back in place. I picked up the car Thursday morning just to hear a lot of noise when hitting pot holes. Took a look underneath the car and guess what? They had disconnected the sway bars on both sides. Scammers. Scumbags. Can’t belive it. Even tho im not surprised coming from them but at the same time I can’t belive someone would do such things. Creating problemsfor their own customors. Needles to say I won’t be back there. I will connect the sway bars myself because all they need is a nut to tighten.

Quality Auto has worked on all my vehicles for over 20 years. I met Jim the owner when his shop was on Pecos and Craig and followed him over to Charleston in 28th St. and now at Spring Mountain and jones. They now have two locations and every time I have an issue they make sure it’s solved. It’s hard to find, honest people let alone an honest mechanic

This workshop is not ethical. You go for an oil change, and they start telling you that something is wrong with it and that one, and you say no, and you disconnect parts. It happened to me twice, and 2 of my friends were the same thing. That's why I have never returned. To me this place -🌟

They used to be doing good work but now I have experience for some reason you will keep coming for same issue and everytime you will be updates with different fault.
