Very bad!!! "I had a terrible experience with this mechanic shop. They completely messed up my car and are refusing to take any responsibility for it. Not only did they fail to fix the initial issue, but now my car is in worse condition than when I brought it in. When I approached them about the problems they caused, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Their lack of accountability and professionalism is shocking. I would strongly advise against taking your vehicle here. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable shop."

this place took my moms trunk mat that covers the spare tires and lied saying that that part was never there in the first place. i dont recommend you guys going here at all. they steal things and lie.

Very honest. I have been coming here for more than +30 years. He is my father's mechanic. I trust Nhut, the owner, completely. Sometimes he tries to save me money to a fault. In the past I have dropped the car off expecting it to be fixed, only return to find out that it was not fixed because he wanted to make sure I was happy with the price after he figured what the problem was. Now he knows to just fix it or we talk after he figures out what the problem is. Will also tell you if it is worth it to fix specific problems. English is not his first language so you have to be patient/persistent if you want to save a lot of money and more importantly, not get taken advantage of. A lot more non Vietnamese speaking customers are now coming to this very honest, hard working mechanic.

I came here many times in the last 15 years. In respect to others' review I found this place is 5* stars due to their professional works, reasonable to lower cost compare to others. Tire service is number 1. The tires were installed, balanced, inflated correctly to Manufacturer specifications. Thanks to the owner for all the front office works trying to satify all the customers who come from all walk of life, all different personal characters... Best wishes to everyone who work hard for all the customers. I will choose this shop for a long long long time.

Was recommended by a friend to get transmission, brake and steering wheels fluid change here. Called 3 days in a row, finally got an answer. I felt very rushed and didn’t get to ask all the questions. The quote was vague. The person who answered the phone acted as if I should have already known the answers to my questions. Just unprofessional with bad attitude. Definitely won’t come here
