I was extremely impressed with the service that I received this afternoon. Driver pick me up on time and took me straight to the shop. This place have thieves they will run through your car and take watever valuable they find. Someone drank beer and left crowns and other trash in the rear, stole my colognes, sun glasses, my change cup filled with change and trunk had things all over the place scattered, glove compartment was messed up and then wasted my entire day while transporting car to the dealership as they Sent my car to the dealer and forgot the keys...took the car back to their shop to get the keys and then back to dealer. Dealership said this is how the car arrived to them. Im just shocked. This company should be shut down. Very unprofessional no ownership of their actions, i cant believe that honda roadside assistance would have this company under their service. Wasted my whole day just trying to get my car to the dealership. Great story tellers. With inexperienced and careless drivers. Save yourself, i cant believe honda roadside would throw its customers on the mercy of predators like these.

I am reading mostly good, but some mixed reviews from this company. However, I am happy to say I had a pleasant experience from start to finish. Robert N. towed my car to the Jeep dealership today, 4/12/20, from Queens to Brooklyn. The follow-through call to confirm the job was completed, both by him and someone from his base, provided peace of mind. It appears an effort is being made to ensure good customer service is prioritized. Quality Auto., Thanks for the professionalism shown & follow-up. Continue to do this consistently & I am sure you will stand out for all the right reasons.
