Took my 2016 Kia optima in for oil change…owner (jack) is as there to greet me. Very informative and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and was honest. I absolutely did not feel like he was trying to sell me anything I did not need. Thank you quality car care, will be back soon for all my automotive needs. These guys are fantastic! Reliable and quick. I come here for our annual smog checks and everybody is friendly and efficient. They've remodeled their shop in the last couple years. It's always clean in there. It is definitely worth your business.

I discovered QCC in Whittier when I needed a Star Smog Check. I was greeted with a very friendly and professional manner. The smog check was administered quickly and with great efficiency. The manager, Jack, took the time to answer my questions and inquiries about future service I might be interested in for my vehicle. I will not hesitate to return to this service shop. Everything is clean, and organized. It is apparent the manager and employees are proud of their business. I highly recommend you give this car care establishment a chance in the future.

My car broke down late Sunday night. I was able to tow my car with AAA to Quality car care and dropped my key in the drop-box. I called the next day to get everything assessed. Jack is absolutely amazing - he is friendly, honest, and prompt. He called me back with a solution within a few hours. Thankfully my car was an easy fix, and I was able to pick it up at the end of the day. Thanks a bunch, Jack! I’m so happy I found a new mechanic I can trust
