Quality Clutch,Transmission & Complete Auto Repair

I recently took my truck to Jim at Quality Clutch after it started running rough. I was bracing myself for what I thought would be an extensive, costly repair, but Jim quickly diagnosed the issue as something much more minor than I expected. I was impressed by how professional and efficient the service was. Jim was transparent about the repairs and kept me updated throughout the process. The quality of service was outstanding, and I was back on the road in no time. Highly recommend Jim and Quality Clutch for their honesty and excellent customer care!

I recently had these fellas do some work on a vintage van I’m working on. They were quick to accept that while I have a very limited knowledge of mechanic work I do have some experience. What I had assumed to be an entire transmission rebuild in my future turned out to be far more minor and with their expert workmanship a far less expensive repair. They could have very easily let me diagnose my own problem and charged me to rebuild and install a transmission. They did not however, they were able to fix my problem and without a doubt rekindle the affection I have for my little boogie boo. They found the problem to be adjustments and honestly I have no idea what else, they fixed it for far less than I had expected and were beyond awesome in the customer service department. It looks like they have classics as well as modern vehicles there, so I would aconclude they are well versed in all sorts of repairs and maintenance. I can’t thank them enough and I’m sorry it took this long to write up a review, I was just enjoying my vehicle and got distracted. Addistionally,when I mentioned further items I wanted to spend money on they recommended how to spend it best.

I called 3 times and was told the Owner would call me to set up a drop off date. They never returned my call? They could be a good shop, but their communication sucks. You don't get a 3rd chance to make a first impression.

I took my 1986 Dodge W250 into the shop a few days ago with what I had thought was a wiring issue. Jim was more than happy to help me out and gave me honest, quick, and quality results. What ended up being a simple fix could have easily been an expensive bill at a dishonest shop. I will definitely be taking my truck back to Jim in the future. Highly recommend!
