The worst mechanic ever ! he rips you off and steals your parts. I took my car there to get worked on because It need a new tires, alignment,and more. When I got my car back after one week, it still felt the same and the new tires were not new and bald down to the metal. When I went to his shop to ask him what happened , the first thing he did was scream at me try to start an argument. After I kept it professional because he couldn't, he started to calm him down and he accused me of switching tires that he'd never put on, and when I kept on asking him where did he do the alignment at?He didn't want to tell me. He kept on saying I don't know because I take my car to do alignments at different places so I askec him to tell me the PLACES he takes his cars and i would go and ask to see what happened and he kept on saying I don't know, and it wasn't a month since he worked on my car. This happened about a year ago and the only reason i'm posting it up now is because my co-worker had the similar problem with this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACES

Highly recommended for female auto owners and everyone else too! Valerie & Roosevelt really went the extra mile to get my car fixed within my budget & time frame. They also let me know of some issues to tell my home mechanic since I don't live out here. Really wonderful people -- I can't recommend them enough!

I wouldn't recommend this place to ne body unless u dont mind with them over charging and not even getting your vehicle fixed they take months to get things going then u gotta get ur own parts then they say they can't fix it then charge u storage fees thousands of dollars don't recommend to ne body there just money hungry..

Like a lot of the reviewers, I've been going here for years. They have serviced every one of our cars. Rick & company are very good at what they do, are some of the friendliest people you'll ever meet, and do that work quickly and at a reasonable price. I've never had a bad experience with them and recommend them enthusiastically.

I went to Quality Discount Auto not knowing what to expect. I read all the great reviews before hand and was impressed. But still skeptical due to not knowing the nature of what was wrong with my wife’s car other than it was leaking oil like running sink water. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Rick. He told me to come on in. My wife and I pulled up to be greeted by Rick. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and assuring. We left the car for a day and though we were hoping for something minor, we knew it probably was something major. Rick called me and asked if I could come down and see exactly what he had found to be the problem. I saw it with my own two eyes and dreaded the the outcome of the cost to repair. And to my amazement, Rick tells me my options, it was truly a blessing to hear his words. I went from depressed to feeling as if I hit the Lotto. There’s no better, more honest, qualifying, and genuine good person I’ve ever met in his line of work. Rick had pretty much saved ours lives. The price was not even close to what I thought I’d hear. Great, great guy.! He went over and beyond for us. I can’t say enough, just incredible service and quality. If you want a honest mechanic that you can trust, go see Rick at Quality Discount Auto.
