By far the best experience I have had with any roadside/towing request. My vehicle was disabled in a parking garage and used AMEX roadside assistance to request a tow to mechanic. The first company they sent could not do the job due to the clearance of the garage. They, then, contacted Intra Towing and within minutes Mike called me to confirm and get more details about my situation. He understood the environment based upon my description and sent a "low clearance" specialist, bet you didn't know there was such a thing. The gent was Manny and was a very likable, knowledgeable and skilled person. A true rock star. I have never experienced such warm service from a towing company. Literally was shocked. And...before anyone asks, I have never had any interaction with the company or employees prior to this.

This has been the most superior towing experience I have ever encountered. The customer service was excellent and the response time was less than 30 minutes. That is unheard of in a large metropolitan city. I had the pleasure of speaking with the owner/manager in my process and he was so compassionate, knowledgeable and customer centered. Looked my key inside, I contacted this company and they came to the rescue, They were highly professional and excellent demeanor. I needes extra information because my car had a lock issue and the guy was informative. I would recommend them to all my friends for towing or any car issue. Highly recommended. Great Service.

Great Service! It's really great when you wake up and find your driveway blocked, it sort of becomes a tidal wave of inopportune moments. I called 4 different places until finally "Intra Towing" answered my call with a real live voice! They towed my blocked driveway within minutes! Awesome response time, and great service, I was clear to go to work in less than 10 minutes. Thank you!!
