Been taking my cars to Bob and the QVD crew for years. They have done everything for me, from an oil change to major work due to an accident. I brought one of my cars in because I was worried something was wrong with the transmission, Bob was able to diagnose it as something more simple, able to tell me the fix and didn’t charge me a single dollar.

Great prices. Been using them for years. The only thing I didn’t like is one time I got charged for stuff that I wasn’t aware of but everything is resolved now. Granted it was things my car needed done for sure. I’ll just make sure in the future they call me before hand so I’m not so surprised. I think it might be because I have used them forever so we’re practically family and I go to them for everything anyway. Haven’t read that they really done to this to anyone else. But they always took good care of my car.

Rip off and shady practices. Avoid at all costs. All these 5 star reviews have to be fake. First off I was charged 6 hours labor to get my rotors and brake pads changed. Yes they did give me a quote before I gave them permission to work on my rotors but I am not savvy when it comes to fixing my car and didn't know how much I should be paying realistically. I understand that's my fault but I think as a professional mechanic there is a level of integrity you should uphold with your customers.

Love this place. Bob and his mechanics are great. The work is always done well. His receptionist Katie is a sweetie. Been going there for repairs for a very long time.

Queens Village Auto Repair is the best domestic or import repair shop around. They do all repairs and their prices are good. Just pass by any day of the week and see how many cars are lined up on his property or parked in the street for repairs, inspections, etc. I have been a satisfied customer for 30 years.
